This website is operated by Jannat & Sadaf. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jannat & Sadaf. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Products and pricing
All products are made to order and handcrafted. Because each garment is produced individually, slight variations in embroidery, colour, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not defects. Colours may appear different on screen depending on your display.
Prices for our products are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. As production begins immediately on confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled and all sales are final. Please see our Return and refund policy.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. Order details, including bank transfer instructions, are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. Your order enters production once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Pret pieces are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. Formals are dispatched within 15 to 20 working days. Delivery timelines begin once your order is confirmed and payment is received. During festive seasons, delivery times may be extended. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes levied on arrival.
Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy policy.
Changes to terms of service
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Governing law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
