Orders & Alterations

Every Jannat & Sadaf piece is crafted to order by our atelier once your order is confirmed. Because each garment is made individually for you, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.

We know that is a commitment, so please take a moment before ordering:

• Check your measurements against our size guide.
• Colours may differ slightly from photographs due to lighting and fabric dye.
• If you are unsure about sizing or fabric, message us on WhatsApp at +92 371 7459654 or email info@jannatandsadaf.com before placing your order. We are glad to help.

Alterations

If the fit needs adjusting after delivery, we offer an alteration service. Send your piece back to us and our atelier will tailor it for you.

Alteration surcharge: PKR 4,500. All shipping and handling costs to and from our atelier are paid by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins immediately.
