All Jannat & Sadaf garments are made to order by our atelier once your order is confirmed. Because every piece is crafted individually for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins immediately.
Alterations
If the fit needs adjusting after delivery, we offer an alteration service. Send your piece back to us and our atelier will tailor it for you.
Alteration surcharge: PKR 4,500. All shipping and handling costs to and from our atelier are paid by the customer. To arrange an alteration, email info@jannatandsadaf.com with your order number.
Before you order
Because sales are final, please check your measurements against our size guide before ordering. Colours may differ slightly from photographs due to lighting and fabric dye.
